All intellectual property, designs, concepts, and content developed for the website, event, network radio, and advertising company remain the sole property of the company. No party shall claim ownership or unauthorized use of these materials.
Any breach of this agreement will result in legal consequences, including but not limited to termination of contracts, monetary compensation for damages, and potential legal action to protect the brand and its interests.
