Rachel-Lee Reece claimed the grand prize in Flow’s prepaid promotion, which distributed nearly $10 million across Jamaica.
Rachel-Lee Reece, a University of the West Indies student, has emerged as the grand prize winner in Flow’s Passport to Millions prepaid promotion, taking home $3 million after a six-week summer campaign that rewarded customers across Jamaica. According to the Jamaica Observer, the promotion distributed close to $10 million in total cash and prizes to Flow prepaid customers.
Beyond the substantial cash prize, Reece’s winnings included an all-expenses-paid trip to Barbados, where she and a guest attended the Caribbean Premier League T20 final on September 20 between the Jamaica Kingsmen and the Antigua and Barbuda Falcons. Reece expressed her gratitude for the opportunity, describing the experience as unforgettable.
For Reece, the financial gain carries particular significance beyond the immediate windfall. She has committed to investing a portion of her prize money toward completing her university education, viewing the win as an opportunity to advance her future prospects. “Winning $3 million is an incredible feeling, but what makes it even more meaningful for me is knowing that I can put some of the money towards my education and invest in my future,” Reece told the Jamaica Observer.
Flow’s Passport to Millions campaign was structured to offer multiple winning opportunities throughout the summer period. Prepaid customers who purchased eligible plans qualified for weekly $1 million prizes, while those replacing their SIM cards had chances to win weekly cash prizes of $50,000. According to Latoy Lawrence, Flow Jamaica’s head of marketing, the promotion was designed to reward customers meaningfully while creating memorable experiences. Lawrence noted that winners across the campaign have used their prizes to support families, improve homes, and pursue personal goals.
Flow’s Passport to Millions promotion was part of the company’s summer customer rewards programme, designed to deliver value to prepaid customers beyond standard connectivity services. The campaign reflected Flow’s stated commitment to creating opportunities and experiences that celebrate and reward its customer base.
